If you believe your rights have been violated

If you are a rights holder and believe that content on this site (a product image, description, trademark, or any other element) infringes your copyright or trademark rights, please send us a notification containing:

• A description of the copyrighted work or trademark that you believe has been infringed
• The exact URL or URLs on our site where the content in question is located
• Your first and last name, your company name (if applicable), and your contact details
• A statement confirming that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, confirming that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf

Please send this notification to info@marchelino.com. We strive to review and respond to valid notifications within 5 business days and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported content.

Protection of our own content

Unauthorized copying or reproduction of our original content, product photographs, descriptions, or trademarks is not permitted. We actively monitor shops and marketplaces for any infringement.

When an infringement is identified, we will file an official DMCA takedown request directly with Shopify (or the relevant platform) against the offending shop. This may result in the removal of the infringing content, the affected product listings, or, in the event of repeated infringement, the suspension of the offending shop's account. Where applicable, we reserve the right to pursue further legal action to recover damages resulting from the infringement.
