Shipping Policy
This page details our shipping terms. All deliveries are free - no shipping fee is added to your order. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT, customs duties, and import taxes. Orders are shipped under DDU/DAP incoterms (Delivered Duty Unpaid / Delivered At Place): import VAT, customs duties, and/or clearance fees are not included in the displayed price and are collected from you by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery.
Delivery Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Denmark, Spain, France, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Italy, Ireland, and Sweden.

Important Details
- Cutoff time: orders placed before 3:00 PM (Paris time) are processed the same day whenever possible.
- Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Tracking: you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- Multiple deliveries: an order may be shipped in several parcels.
Delivery Delays
The times indicated are estimates. If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time, contact us at info@marchelino.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your parcel is lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. An appropriate solution (replacement or refund) will be offered.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible before the order is processed. Once the order has been processed, please see our Refund Policy.
Optional Shipping Protection
For added peace of mind, we may offer optional shipping protection at checkout. This service provides coverage for your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you purchase shipping protection and experience one of these issues, you can file a claim for a replacement or refund. Please note that shipping protection does not cover delivery delays or packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address or unpaid customs fees.
