These Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms") govern all relations between Marche Lino and its customers in connection with orders placed on the website marche-lino.com. We invite you to read them carefully before placing any order. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to any order placed on marche-lino.com, regardless of the delivery country among those served. They take precedence over any other document. Marche Lino reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; the applicable terms are those in effect on the date of the order.

By confirming their order, the customer acknowledges having read these terms and accepts them without reservation.

3. Products and prices

The essential characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot be held against the seller in the event of a slight difference in color or presentation.

Prices are displayed in the currency corresponding to your delivery country (EUR, DKK, CZK, PLN, RON, or SEK depending on the market), exclusive of VAT, customs duties, and import taxes. Orders are shipped under the DDU/DAP incoterm (Delivered Duty Unpaid / Delivered At Place): import VAT, customs duties, and/or clearance fees are not included in the displayed price and are collected from the customer by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery. Marche Lino reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Order

The customer places an order by adding the desired products to the cart, then following the checkout steps through to payment. The order is only final once confirmed by email. Marche Lino reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an obvious pricing error, stock shortage, or a dispute relating to a previous order.

As long as the order has not been shipped, the customer may request its modification or cancellation by contacting customer service or by email at info@marchelino.com.

5. Payment

Payment is made in a fully secure manner via SSL encryption. Accepted payment methods are:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro
• Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Local payment methods offered at checkout depending on your country

The total order amount is charged at the time of confirmation. Marche Lino does not retain any banking data: transactions are processed by certified payment providers. For details, see our Payment Policy.

6. Delivery

Delivery is free on all orders. Estimated timeframe:

• Order processing: 1 to 3 business days
• Transit: 5 to 10 business days
• Total timeframe: 6 to 13 business days

We ship to: Germany, Austria, Denmark, Spain, France, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Italy, Ireland, and Sweden.

The timeframes given are indicative; any delay shall not give rise to cancellation of the order or the payment of damages. In the event of a damaged or lost parcel, contact our customer service, who will find a solution. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order, without having to justify a reason.

Marche Lino voluntarily extends this period to 30 calendar days. To exercise this right, simply notify our customer service by email at info@marchelino.com. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their packaging.

8. Refund

After receiving and verifying the return, the refund is processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days, via the payment method used for the order. As the initial delivery was free, no shipping costs are withheld. Any return costs are the customer's responsibility (see Return Policy).

9. Legal warranties

All our products benefit from:

• The legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code)
• The warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code)

If a product has a defect of conformity, the customer may request its repair, replacement, or refund. For any claim, contact customer service, attaching a photograph of the defect if possible.

10. Liability

Marche Lino cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from misuse of the products, nor in the event of force majeure or an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party. Marche Lino cannot be held responsible for the temporary unavailability of the site.

11. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679). You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability of your data.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are subject to applicable law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to first contact our customer service at info@marchelino.com in order to seek an amicable solution.

Failing agreement, the consumer residing in the European Union may refer the matter to the competent consumer mediator.
